Lifted aromas of passionfruit, snow pea, honeydew melon and lemon citrus are complemented by aromas of dried herbs and fresh lemongrass.
Goes great with a sunny afternoon at the beach and seafood, spicy Asian dishes and white meats.

We select parcels of fruit throughout the state, with a special focus on Margaret River and the Blackwood Valley which cooler climates provide the best aromatic white expression.
The selected parcels were harvested in the cool of the night to retain freshness, and acidity. The batches are then slowly fermented in stainless steel vessels at a cool temperature to preserve fruit aromas and freshness. After careful selection, the final blend is assembled and lightly fined before bottling.
Harvest 2021 presented the ideal conditions for rose winemaking in the southern parts of the state with moderate temperatures slowing red tannins development while developing intense fruit aromas and preserving floral notes. For this Rose, we focused our 2021 sourcing on cool parts of the Margaret River region which produce delicate red grapes able to be picked with full fruit expression while remaining light and ethereal.
A succulent palate of juicy red fruit with cherries and plums. A bright citrus laced acidity provides excellent length and freshness with a fruit laced finish.
Bright and fresh notes of wild berries. Nuances of rose water and pink marshmallow.
Pairs well with a charcuterie board at brunch on a Sunday morning.

For our Small World blend, we are able to focus on the best expression of two very different but complementary varieties, selected in some of the state’s best vineyards. In 2020, we focus on the Great Southern to provide us with a deep but intensely fruity Shiraz, most dry grown in excellent, low yielding conditions. The Cabernet was primarily sourced from the Geographe area, where Cabernet can fully ripen to develop silky friendly tannins. Harvest 2020 was ideal for red winemaking across the state, dry and mild, without any weather pressure and we were able to pick each parcel at its best potential.
Delicious palate of blackberries, dark cherries and chocolate, all married together with savoury oak and spice.
Pairs well with a rom-com, some friends and Harvey River Beef Cheek with roasted beetroots.
Tempting aromas of black cherry, clove spice with hints of red currants and chocolate.

Each parcel of fruit is fermented separately with daily tasting to best tailor the extraction and length of time on skins. After the primary fermentation is complete, the wines are pressed then matured in contact with French and Hungarian oak to suit each parcel, for a period of 9 to 15 months depending on winemakers’ tastings. The blend is assembled after individual assessment of each batch to ensure this typically Australian blend displays the best characteristics of its varieties.
